Alright late by a couple of days for this post.

Thursday -
Woke up early cause my aircon was scheduled for servicing at around 11a.m..
Waited for the service men to finish before finally going back to bed.. at around 1p.m

Woke up later to travel to Orchard Central to retrieve my Galaxy S2 which I sent for servicing.
Visited Sop, the mooncake girl, at Ion since it was along the way, with Li en.

Went home afterwards and wanted to continue with my daily routine of jogging but thanks to the rain, it didn't happen.. Slept late as usual and woke up the following morning for soccer.

Friday -
Felt damn shag but shiok that I could finally play after an entire week.
Gonna get my copy of Fifa13 ASAP which just released yesterday.. Can't wait to play it omg, heard it's super awesome.

Finally went for a jog

F yeah~! I finally went for a jog yesterday night.
Ran 2.4km without stopping, which was usually impossible for me in the past. I'm quite surprised my stamina is in rather good shape despite not exercising on a regular basis for more than a month.

I didn't bring a stopwatch with me, but I think I clocked under 12 mins, which is an achievement for me, considering my stamina really sucked back in Secondary school. My Sec4 Napfa 2.4 timing clocked around 16mins... I was at the pit of my athletism back then due to O'levels..

After O's, I went for jogging almost every night possible for those 6 months and lost around 6-8 kg and ever since, I've maintained that weight. But during that period, I would still have troubles completing 2.4 without stopping. So glad that I can complete it without stopping now, feel so proud of it oh yeah!

I know it's only 2.4 and some of you have no problems with it all along, but it's my improvement and I'm proud of it!

Alright, that being said, I'll most probably jog tonight as well. But before that, I'll be going to collect my phone at Orchard Central later in the afternoon because it shut itself down for no reason and I can't power it back on... That's all for today(or yesterday, cause I'm typing this at 4a.m before sleeping, so it feels like the day hasn't passed yet).

Okay damn it, I was supposed to meet some of the cummys at 12:45p.m today at Bugis to have lunch at Lasalle and go shopping.

BUT ... I woke up at 1p.m despite setting my alarm for 11a.m ...
I basically just slept past it.

*Sorry okay, if any of those whom I'm supposed to meet is reading this*

This was because I slept at 6a.m...
I need to fix my body clock man, this cannot go on forever.. but it's so hard .. argh

The things I can do at night on the internet is so much, that I hardly feel the need for sleep. It could be internet that is screwing with my body clock.

Damnit, I need to control myself ... My life is just gonna be screwed if I can carry on like that, both physically and mentally..
Anyway, that's pretty much a summary of my days so far, ever since withdrawing from my course. Having a screwed body clock and uneventful days passing by...

I'll be definitely finding a job when the Poly holidays are over, cause everyone will be going to school and I will have no one to hang out with anyway.
So that's about it for now.
Poly holidays are gonna be over soon and that sucks.

Damnit, I've made a new year's resolution to lose my belly fat and achieve a flat stomach.
In the early months of the year, I was halfway there.. doing my daily dose of workout every night and watching my diet..
And then came that trip to Malaysia from the 5-9 August.. those 4 days totally disrupted my mood to continue working out and since then I've only jogged like once or twice and playing soccer once a week(only)..

I don't know how to get my workout mood back... It could be that I keep on telling myself I have a 7-month-long holiday and therefore I can afford to procrastinate...
Damn it, I want a body like this

(okay I may be a bit leaner than this, but you get the point..)

Please please, someone, motivate me to work out again! T-T

Yeah!!! I've turned 18 today!!! ^^
The journey to adulthood begins here.

In other news, I spent the past week painting my room and heck it was one hell of a mess.
Had to scrape my previous wall off because it had so many parts which were starting to peel off and all the adhesive stuck on the wall from all the posters I pasted over it.
That was the toughest part of the paint job, the scraping alone took me 2 days to complete it..

The scraping and painting was only half the work though. The rest was to do with moving furniture around, keeping the floor clean..etc
After successfully applying the new sexy blue and green coats, my room looks spanking new.

Not gonna take a photo cause it'd be better to come see it yourself :P

Oh yea, we went to USS as a birthday outing with me and Sop.
I didn't take any photos but Li en did, A LOT.
